Essentially a housewife, a mother of two children and today a mother-in-law and Grand Mother too, it goes to her credit that over the years her instincts have not stagnated. Founder & Director At “Rasoii” Institute of Creative Cooking
Founded in 1991, this institute was started with a vision of teaching ”Restaurant style cooking”. The specifically designed courses helped students not only learn how to cook but also to pursue it as an ”Art of Cooking”. The institute now offers more than 40 headings with the easiest cooking methods. Also specialized workshops for beginners, students going abroad have been our latest additions.
Her impeccable cooking skills lead the consultancy way for restaurants and hotels. Her role includes menu planning, training of chefs, setting up processes and other operations for a restaurant. Our client list includes ‘Ginger Marie’, ‘On the Move’, ‘Govinda – Hare ram hare krishna’, ‘Sandy Resorts’ etc.
Her belief that the food should look as good as it tastes makes her a successful stylist in regards to food.
